About Laura

Hello parents & students. My lifelong passion has always been to work with children. When I went to daycare myself as a youngster, I wanted to be a childcare teacher when I grew up because they made me feel special and happy. They left a lasting lifelong impression on me. I see how important that is so I too want to share that with your child.

I had my amazing son in 2004 and was so content to be his mom. This allowed me the opportunity to volunteer in his school all through elementary and Jr. High. 

Finally had an opportunity to pursue my dream. I decided to take my ECE Level 1 in March of 2021. I am beyond excited to be working with everyone at Langdon Learning Centre now. 

My future goal is to continue my education and be certified with my ECE Level 2 starting in 2023.

I have loads of patience and I am keen and eager to finally get to work with the kids everyday and help them learn and be positive and happy while they are with us at the Langdon Learning Centre.

• Laura currently holds a level 1 Early Child Care Certificate
• Holds a current Vulnerable Sector Search & Criminal Records Check.
• Is currently working on her First Aid Certificate.
